Orange Juice 2 cups 4 cups 6 cups
Mango Chunks 1 cup (blended) 2 cups 3 cups
Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup 1 cup 1.5 cups
Banana 1 2 3

Times vary with fill level and starting temperature. Pre-chill helps it set faster (optional).

DIRECTIONS

Blend First: Blend fruit, yogurt, and juice in a standard blender until smooth.

Pour: Transfer the smooth mixture into the GSEICE machine.
3.
Freeze: Select Mode 2 (Slush) at -1°C. It will thicken quickly because of the solids.
4.
Serve: Top with granola or chia seeds for a crunch.

TIPS

Pre-Blend
The Slushy Maker freezes, it doesn't pulverize whole fruit. Always blend chunks first.
Thickness
Yogurt makes this freeze very thick. Don't go below -1°C or it might get too stiff.
Prep Ahead
Blend the night before, keep in fridge, pour in machine in the morning.
