Everything a new owner needs—prep, programs, pouring, and best-practice tips in one page.

Learn How to Use It

Follow these quick rules or start with our quickstart video. Keep sugar ≥10%, alcohol 2.8–16% ABV, pre-chill liquids and glassware.

3-step mix

1 Prep & load

Add a pre-chilled mix to the fill line (keep sugar ≥10%, ABV <16%).

2 Select a program

Choose: Slush / Spiked / Frozen Juice / Milkshake / Frappé. Adjust temperature if needed.

3 Dispense & enjoy

When the flow turns slow and ribbon-like, dispense into chilled glasses.

Modes & control

Switch presets for perfect texture: Slush • Spiked • Frozen Juice • Milkshake • Frappé.

Fine-tune with Temperature Control when needed.

Serving size & batch tips

For parties, pre-chill multiple mixes for smooth back-to-back batches.

Clean in seconds

Quick rinse after each session; deep clean weekly.
Remove and wash the nozzle, run water through the system, then air-dry.

Quick troubleshooting

No slush forming?
Increase total sugar to ≥10% or reduce ABV. Pre-chill liquids and glasses, then restart the preset.
Takes longer than expected?
Lower the temperature level one notch and make sure the mix is fully chilled before pouring.
Unit beeps every minute?
That’s the content alert. Fix sugar/ABV (sugar ≥10%, ABV 2.8–16%), then restart the preset.
Foamy milkshake?
Dispense within 30 minutes after completion to avoid excess foam; keep ingredients pre-chilled.
Ice too hard?
Raise the temperature level slightly and let the mix soften before dispensing.
