Easy Self-Service Returns
No need to wait for approval! Simply follow these steps:

Contact us at service@gseice.net with your order number and email. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
2️⃣ Pack Your Item
Place the product in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, then attach the return label to the package.
3️⃣ Ship It Back
Drop off at your nearest carrier location. No need to pay for shipping (US/EU customers)
4️⃣ Get Your Refund
We'll inspect your return within 3-5 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
Refund Process

- Refund: Funds will appear in your account within 3-10 business days

Warranty Coverage
All GSEICE products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is separate from our 30-day return policy.
