Refund policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to retail orders placed on gseice.net.

2) Return Window

  • Standard returns: Request within 30 days from delivery (must meet Eligibility below).
  • Defective/damaged/wrong item: Report within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or, if not feasible, a refund to the original payment method.

3) Eligibility

  • Item must be in new or like-new condition with all accessories, manuals, freebies, and original packaging.
  • Provide your order number, delivery date, and photos/videos if reporting a defect or shipping damage.
  • Heavy wear, missing parts/labels, or misuse-related damage may lead to refusal or a refurbishment fee (0–15%).

4) Non-returnable Items

  • Requests submitted after the return window;
  • Purchases from unauthorized channels (not gseice.net or our authorized stores);
  • Heavily used, modified, or damaged due to misuse/storage; missing important accessories/serial labels;
  • Personalized/custom items, clearly marked clearance “final sale”, or freebies.

5) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  1. Contact Support: Email service@gseice.net or call our global line (872) 221-0051. For Mainland China support, call 18903070045. Include your order number, issue description, and photos/videos if applicable.
  2. Get RMA & Address: We will confirm eligibility, issue an RMA number, and provide the correct warehouse address. Packages sent back without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
  3. Pack & Ship: Use the original (or equivalent-strength) carton, secure all parts, write the RMA on the label, and use a trackable service. Keep the receipt until your refund is completed.

Note: Depending on your location and RMA instructions, your return may be routed to a different regional warehouse (e.g., US/EU). Always use the address provided in your RMA email.

7) Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Change-of-mind (non-defect) returns: Buyer pays return shipping and related fees.
  • Defect/wrong item/shipping damage: We cover the return or exchange shipping (evidence required).
  • If you choose a non-trackable/non-insured service, the sender bears the risk of loss or damage in transit.

8) Inspection & Refund Timing

  • After the return arrives, inspection is typically completed within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks/card processors may take an additional 3–10 business days to post funds.

9) Exchanges & Order Cancellation

  • Exchanges: Processed as a return + new order, or a like-for-like replacement for defects.
  • Cancellation: If the order has not shipped, we will cancel and refund in full. If shipped, please follow the return steps above.

10) International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for duties/taxes and for declaring returns correctly (mark as “returned goods” where applicable). Such charges are non-refundable by us.

11) EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This policy does not reduce your statutory rights. Items must be returned in resalable condition; return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise required by local law.
