1) Where We Ship

  • United States (contiguous 48 states)
  • European Union countries (including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, and others)
  • United Kingdom

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During peak periods or major promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

3) Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders of $150 USD or more (subtotal after discounts, before taxes).
  • $19.99 USD flat rate on orders under $150 USD.
  • Remote or extended service areas may incur a surcharge, shown at checkout.
  • Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the rates above apply to all supported regions listed.

* Transit times are counted from dispatch and may vary by destination, carrier workload, weather, or customs clearance.

5) Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of purchase, please contact our support team.

6) Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Carriers may attempt multiple deliveries or leave parcels at a safe location at their discretion.
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO or remote locations may take longer or may not be available.

7) Taxes & Duties

  • Depending on your location and local regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local charges.
  • These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8) Delays, Loss, or Damage

  • If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • Include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos/video of the outer box (with label), inner packaging, and the item.
  • After verification, we will make it right—by reshipping missing parts/items, replacing the product, or issuing a refund for the affected item(s). We may request the item be returned for inspection or a carrier claim statement.

9) Holiday & Peak Season Notice

Shipping and delivery times may be extended during public holidays, severe weather conditions, or major sales events. We appreciate your patience and will notify you by email if there are unexpected delays.
