DIRECTIONS

Puree: Blend strawberries with a splash of water until liquid.

Mix: Combine strawberry puree with lemonade in a pitcher.

Pour: Add to machine.
4.
Freeze: Set to Mode 2 at -2°C.
5.
Serve: Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh strawberry.

Pulp
Strain the strawberry puree if you want a smoother, seed-free slush.
Tartness
Adjust sugar based on how sour your lemons are. Freezing numbs sweetness, so over-sweeten slightly.

Try raspberry or peach instead of strawberry for variety.
