Lemon Juice 1 tbsp 2 tbsp 3 tbsp
Green Apple Syrup 2 tbsp 4 tbsp 6 tbsp

Times vary with fill level and starting temperature. Pre-chill helps it set faster (optional).

DIRECTIONS

1.
Mix: Combine high-quality apple juice with lemon juice (prevents browning and adds zing).
2.
Pour: Add to GSEICE machine.
3.
Freeze: Set to Mode 2 (Slush) at -2°C.
4.
Serve: Garnish with thin green apple slices or a cinnamon stick.

TIPS

Juice Quality
Cloudy apple juice (unfiltered) freezes with a better texture than clear juice.
Color
Add a drop of natural green food coloring if you want that neon jolly-rancher look.

Add 1 cup of Sour Apple Pucker for an adult version.
