Coconut-Mango Slush | Bright, Tropical & Velvety

Tropical, silky, and bright with real mango and creamy coconut.

Coconut–Mango Slush

Mango purée, canned coconut milk, and a touch of simple syrup create a velvety slush. Chill the base, pour into GSEICE, choose Frozen Juice, and dispense fine ribbons of ice.

1 cup mango purée (8 oz / 240 ml)
½ cup canned coconut milk (4 oz / 120 ml)
2–3 tbsp simple syrup
~1½ cups cold water (12 oz / 360 ml)
Optional: 1–1½ oz white rum

4–6 Servings

2 cups mango purée (16 oz / 480 ml)
1 cup canned coconut milk (8 oz / 240 ml)
4–6 tbsp simple syrup
~3 cups cold water (24 oz / 720 ml)
Optional: 2–3 oz white rum

6–8 Servings

2½ cups mango purée (20 oz / 600 ml)
1¼ cups canned coconut milk (10 oz / 300 ml)
6–8 tbsp simple syrup
~3¾ cups cold water (30–32 oz / 900–950 ml)
Optional: 3–4 oz white rum

Guidance: keep total batch ≤ ~2.3 L. Aim for total sugar ≈ 10–14% for best freezing. If adding alcohol, keep total ABV < 16%.

Directions

Whisk mango purée, canned coconut milk, simple syrup, and cold water until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness to stay near 10–14% sugar; add a squeeze of lime if you like it brighter.
Optional: add white rum and re-taste.
Pre-chill the bowl and liquids if possible. Pour into the GSEICE slushy maker (≤ ~2.3 L).
Select Frozen Juice. When the output slows and falls in silky ribbons, stop the cycle.
Serve in chilled glasses. Top with toasted coconut flakes and diced mango.

Tips

Texture control

If too soft, add a bit more purée or syrup. If too firm/dry, add a splash of water.

Dairy-free friendly

Use light coconut milk or a coconut-flavor oat/almond beverage for a lighter body.

Batching for parties

Run smaller batches back-to-back for faster cycles; rinse the bowl with cool water between runs.
