We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and select EU countries. Final availability and shipping options are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders dispatch in 24–48 hours on business days. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days once shipped.

Is shipping free?

What is your return policy?

30-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be in original condition with all accessories.

Product Use & Care

How fast can it make slush and what modes are available?

About 15–45 minutes per batch depending on fill level and start temperature. Includes five preset modes plus manual adjustment for precise control.
