This machine is amazing! It's perfect for making cocktails and slushies——the texture comes out just right every time, and I love that I can adjust the hardness to my preference. It cools quickly and keeps drinks at the ideal consistency. The design is not bulky at all, making it easy to move around and place on the counter without taking up much space. Very simple to operate and clean. Great for parties, family gatherings, or just enjoying a refreshing drink at home. Highly recommend!

after reading the manual (a LOT of great tips in there) we started immediately with a spiked slush, combining pomegranate juice with tangerine juice and tequila. Make sure your sugar content is at LEAST 10% and your alcohol content does not exceed 16%.Simply pour the mixture into the machine and choose your function on the control panel. We found the preset temperature worked fine, but you can easily change it by pushing the down button on left side of the control panel.For continuous use, but when changing mixtures, after exhausting the current mix, choose the rinse function. Cleaning is simple, push the handle back and the top container as well as the impeller are released. clean and replace, pulling the handle forward to lock the unit for your next use.

It seems like a common thread to have erroneous max capacity claims on these slushie machines. While this one currently claims 101oz in the product description, in actuality there is a max fill line. You hit that max fill line with about 85oz. So in practice this is a ~85oz slushie machine. One star off for that.That's enough for a couple people without having to refill it at least. It chills and spins the drink to the near-freezing state pretty quick (found the 15-60 minute claim pretty accurate, it's a big range that's depending on if you start with something pre-chilled a bit and the machine is somewhere not too hot with good airflow). Bit noisy while doing it.I've tried a few different drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Cleanup is still a pain. I spend longer overall time wise cleaning it than it takes to churn it down to semi-frozen. There's a clean cycle where it just spins water in it without chilling it, but I find I have to do it a couple times, and even then there seems to be spots of detritus that remain, so I clean it again. Not a unique problem, I don't think these types of machines have generally figured out the perfect method to easily clean them.
