Total machine load ≤ ~2.3 L. For best texture, aim for sugar >10% (suggested). If adding alcohol, keep batch ABV ≤16%.

Directions

  1. Pre-chill. Refrigerate all juices and syrup 2–3 h.
  2. Mix base. Combine cranberry, apple, and pomegranate juices. Add syrup gradually—aim for overall sugar >10%. Optional: a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Load & program. Pour into HS3L (≤ ~2.3 L). Select Frozen Juice or Slush.
  4. Freeze. Run until ribbons form (~15–35 min). If adding alcohol, fold it in near the end—keep batch ABV ≤16%.
  5. Serve. Sugar-rim glasses (black or purple). Garnish with an orange peel or a candy eye.

Tips

Color & clarity

Pomegranate deepens the red without cloudiness. Strain pulpy juices for a clean pour.

Sweet–tart balance

Cranberry is tart—build sweetness with syrup rather than extra water to support freezing.

Adult twist

Use chilled vodka for neutral lift or a splash of dry red for sangria vibes; mind the ABV.
