Directions
- Prepare fruit. Blend strawberries until smooth; strain if you want extra-silky texture.
- Mix base. Stir in cold water and fresh lemon juice; chill the mixture if possible.
- Pour and start. Add the base into the HS3L, keeping within the recommended fill range; select Frozen Juice.
- Wait and serve. Freeze for about 15–60 minutes depending on batch size and temperature. Dispense when the texture is smooth and ribbon-like; serve immediately.
Tips
Freeze faster
Pre-chill is optional. Smaller batches set faster.
Sugar balance?
Aim for 10–14% sugar. Too little sugar won’t freeze well.
Flavor twists?
Swap part of the strawberries for raspberries, add orange juice, or fold in mint.
