This Frozen Mimosa turns orange juice and sparkling wine into a frosty, celebratory slush. It’s light, refreshing, and made for brunch with friends—thanks to the HS3L Slushy Maker.

2½ cups orange juice 3½ cups sparkling wine |

Directions
- Add chilled orange juice and sparkling wine directly into the HS3L (within the recommended fill range).
- Pour mixture into the HS3L. Select Spiked Slush and start. The unit cools to the target level automatically.
- Freeze about 15–60 minutes; dispense when smooth. Time varies by batch size and starting temperature.
- Serve, then Auto-Clean. Empty the bucket completely, add clean water, run Rinse Model (Do not unlock while cleaning).
