This Frozen Mimosa turns orange juice and sparkling wine into a frosty, celebratory slush. It’s light, refreshing, and made for brunch with friends—thanks to the HS3L Slushy Maker.

1¼ cups orange juice
1¾ cups sparkling wine
2½ cups orange juice
3½ cups sparkling wine
3⅓ cups orange juice
4⅔ cups sparkling wine
Chill everything well for fastest freezing.

HS3L Slushy Maker works best between 0.5–2.3 L per batch. Keep inputs cold.

Directions

  1. Add chilled orange juice and sparkling wine directly into the HS3L (within the recommended fill range).
  2. Pour mixture into the HS3L. Select Spiked Slush and start. The unit cools to the target level automatically.
  3. Freeze about 15–60 minutes; dispense when smooth. Time varies by batch size and starting temperature.
  4. Serve, then Auto-Clean. Empty the bucket completely, add clean water, run Rinse Model (Do not unlock while cleaning).
