Directions
- Blend bananas, milk, cream, syrup/honey, matcha, and water until smooth and cold.
- Taste and adjust sweetness; add vanilla and a tiny pinch of salt if desired.
- Pre-chill bowl and liquids if possible. Pour into the GSEICE slushy maker (≤ ~2.3 L).
- Select Milkshake. When the flow slows and ribbons fall, stop the cycle.
- Serve in chilled glasses. Top with a dusting of matcha and shaved white chocolate.
Tips
Ripe but not brown
Use bananas with freckles for sweetness and body; avoid fully brown bananas for cleaner flavor.
Thicker or lighter
For thicker texture, reduce water slightly or add a few ice cubes; for lighter, swap part of the milk for oat milk.
Matcha quality
Ceremonial-grade tastes grassy and sweet; culinary-grade is bolder—start small and adjust.
