Cookies & Cream Milkshake

Blend vanilla ice cream with milk and crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, then chill and dispense creamy ribbons with the GSEICE HS3L. Finish with whipped cream and extra cookie crumbs.

Cold milk whole or 2% ¾–1 cup 1½–2 cups 2¼–3 cups

Finishers Whipped cream · extra cookie crumbs · chocolate shavings

Batch ≤ ~2.3 L. For best ribbons, keep total sugar in the 10–14% window.

Directions

  1. Crush cookies. Pulse cookies to coarse crumbs; reserve some for topping.
  2. Blend base. Combine ice cream, milk, vanilla, sugar (if using) and most crumbs; blend smooth, keeping some texture.
  3. Chill & load. Pre-chill mixture, then pour into HS3L (≤ ~2.3 L).
  4. Dispense. Run until thick and flowing in smooth ribbons; dispense into tall glasses.
  5. Finish. Top with whipped cream and remaining cookie crumbs.

Tips

Texture control

Blend half the cookies and fold the rest for bigger chunks.

Too thick?

Thin with a splash of milk; avoid adding water which dulls flavor.

Make it chocolatey

Swirl in 1–2 tbsp chocolate syrup before dispensing for a ripple effect.
